As a Molders Member, you receive 5% off your purchase, which you can use on your next purchase. This applies both in our stores and on our webshop. Of course, you can also choose to save your accumulated discount over multiple purchases. The higher your purchase amount, the more discount you receive and ... the more money you save. Handy, right!
Molders Member discount
The principle is simple:as a customer, you are a Molders Member.
When you shop in our stores and online, you earn a discount balance. You can use this balance on your next purchase or save it up, allowing you to enjoy a discount throughout this season and the next, whenever you like.
How it works:
At checkout in our stores, have your customer card scanned or shop on our webshop while logged in with your Molders account to collect your Molders Member discount.
This way, you will enjoy 5% off your purchase, which you can use on your next purchase.
Or you can, of course, choose to save your collected discount across multiple purchases until you have a larger amount.
In short, you decide where and when you want to use your discount*.
*On our webshop, your Molders Member discount cannot be combined with discounts on specific products (products that are already discounted) or discounts on your shopping cart using a general discount code (e.g., a general member discount by entering the discount code 'MEMBER5' in the shopping cart).
With your customer card, you can ...
- shop in one of our stores and use your received discount balance the next time in our stores.
- shop on our Molders webshop and use your received discount balance the next time on our webshop.
- shop in one of our stores and use your received discount balance the next time on our webshop, or vice versa.
- collect the received balance from different purchases in our stores and/or on our webshop and use it over time.

How can I check what my balance is?
An extra tab has been added to your account, namely "My customer card".
- Login with your account on our Molders webshop
- Go to the 'My customer card' section
- Consult the outstanding balance of your customer discount here
How can I use my balance?
When you place an order on our webshop, you will have the option to apply your customer discount in your shopping cart.
- Browse our webshop
- Add your favorite items to your shopping cart
- Go to your shopping cart
- Your Molders customer discount is automatically applied, but you can also remove it from your shopping cart
- Place your order
When will I receive my order?
We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times depend on your location.
Am I required to use my full balance at once?
You are not required to use your customer discount on your next purchase.
However, if you do use it, it will bededucted in full.
It is not possible to use only a portion of your customer discount.
Can I link multiple webshop accounts to one customer card?
When each member of your family has their own personal Molders webshop account, but you only use one joint customer card, this is a logical question.
Unfortunately, however, it is NOT possible to link multiple webshop accounts to one customer card.
Each customer card and each webshop account is linked to one unique email address.
When the same email address is used for your customer card and webshop account, they are linked to each other.
